We offer the most affordable fresh flowers delivery service to our customers without compromising the quality of the service.
If you find same products with lower prices in other stores, we guarantee to beat them by 5-10%.
You can specify desired delivery date when you put your order. Please allow us 1-3 days for delivery.
If you specify "as soon as possible" as delivery date and we didn't finish it within 3 days(from the
date you put your order), we will refund you all your money.
Due to the great geographic difference from region to region in China, our local suppliers,in some region, may not have the proper flowers as specified in the
details of some products. In such cases, we will make every effort to choose the closest flowers as
substitutes. These flowers will roughly cost as much as the ones they replace, just to reserve the quality of the products.
Delivery in most cities is free but we may charge for remote destination. We will
contact customers if we need to charge for delivery.
You can track your orders or view your history orders online. We also send you emails when we initially receive
your order or complete your order. We want to keep you informed.

other methods, it is ok too. Just give us a call to discuss your payment method.

refund you all your money. We may even offer you some little gift as extra just to show we are grateful that you help us
